Cyberpunk 2077 had more than one million active players per day in the last four weeks. To reveal this incredible data, which is such considering the problematic launch and the time that the game has already spent on the market, was CD Projekt Red itself via Twitter.
Obviously the Polish studio took the opportunity to thank all the players who allowed the game to return to success. In reality, much of the merit of this huge flashback seems to be due to the launch on Netflix of Cyberpunk: Edgerunners, a beloved series that has already become a cult, which has made millions of viewers, regenerating interest in the game.
In this regard, CD Projekt Red has stated that it will not produce a second season of the TV series, because it considers Edgerunners as a finished work. Who knows that something will not arrive with the release of the next videogame chapters, already announced. Meanwhile, the first episode has arrived at version 1.6, waiting for further updates and the first and only major expansion, which will also be voiced by Sasha Gray, who will give voice to Ash.
