In an unprecedented partnership with DIO, Inter announced this Wednesday (18) the Orange Tech+ bootcamp as the new educational program developed by the company with the aim of democratizing tech education through a complete track on front and back-end development aimed at women, black and brown people.
According to information, the digital bank made 7,000 free scholarships available to this public, expanding access to quality education with an emphasis on graduation through specialized experiences.
As shown by data from a survey carried out by PretaLab, in partnership with the global software consultancy ThoughtWorks, 68.5% of the analyses, black people represent a maximum of 10% of people in technology work teams.
Among the project’s differentials are exclusive financial education content with an Inter specialist for all people who participate and awards for the first 30 places in the course. Interested in participating in the bootcamp must register by November 11th (access).
