Together with remake of Silent Hill 2, players will also receive a film adaptation. In addition to gaming announcement Konami also announced the production of a new film based on the horror series. The Japanese company is going to release a film adaptation of Silent Hill 2.
Not as much is known about the future film as we would like. During the broadcast, Konami showed some concept art of the project and showed the director of the tape. The director’s chair will be taken by Christophe Hahn, who previously directed the 2006 film Silent Hill.
Movie concepts:
The film should be a full-fledged adaptation of the event from Silent Hill 2. The film will feature familiar characters, and the plot will follow the original story of the game with some changes.
