As Halloween approaches, the lights are definitely in the colors of Batman and Gotham City. While the Gotham Knights game is about to be released on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series and three new films around the Dark Knight have been announced, it is a DLC around Bruce Wayne that was announced yesterday by Minecraft:
Your story begins in the Batcave, where a new Void portal experiment has been thwarted by familiar criminals. Plus, they’ve kidnapped Alfred and trapped him in the Void! Now it’s up to you to hunt down these DC Super Villains through the dark city streets, collect their obsidian blocks, rebuild the portal and save it.
This additional content, the trailer of which can be viewed above, promises to incorporate many elements from the universe of the DC hero. Batarang, the Batcave and of course iconic villains like Harley Quinn, Poison Ivy, The Penguin or the Joker.
Minecraft X Batman: many activities to do
With this extra content centered on Batman and Gotham, Minecraft promises an open world full of plenty of activities to complete. Collect resources to upgrade your weapons, vigilante in the streets or investigate what was stolen:
Will you fight your enemies and eliminate their lairs one by one? Will you focus on solving the Riddler’s clues to recover what was stolen from you? Will you collect resources to complete the machines in the Batcave, giving you access to more weapons?
