After the criticisms of Gotham Knights, whose performances have been ‘scaled down’ to make room for other features, Striking Distance throws a little dig on Twitter. Through the profile dedicated to the game, the developers they reiterated that The Callisto Protocol will have a 60fps Performance mode and, even better, will respect the release date set for December 2, 2022.
The next survival horror, set on the moon of Jupiter, will have Callisto as the main character Jacob Lee. Right from the start, The Callisto Protocol managed to attract the attention of many players thanks to the excellent Krafton and Striking Distance marketing campaign, which began with the description of the video game as a Quadruple A.
The Callisto Protocol on PC and Next-Gen will be a real feast for the eyes. We remind you that the game will be available starting next December 2, 2022 on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X | S and PC. The title will be quite full-bodied and will last 12-14 hours.
During the month of August, the same Glen Schofield had released gameplay details and especially, on the refined sound system. We were also able to admire a short gameplay of the game during Gamescom 2022.
We would love to inform you all that we will be shipping globally on December 2nd. And yes, we’ll have a 60 FPS performance mode.
