It’s certainly exciting to see Konami finally paying attention to the potential of its franchise in the console and PC markets, after all this time making more money from the pachinko and mobile markets alone. Starting with the Suikoden II Remaster process some time ago, they have also finally confirmed not one, but several Silent Hill projects at once. One of the most interesting is of course the Silent Hill 2 remake which will be handled by a seasoned horror game developer – Bloober Team. What’s more interesting? Apart from the release information that is still mysterious, the specification information that he demands has surfaced.
As we know, the remake of Bloober does offer several modernization processes, including changing the engine to Unreal Engine 5 as a base. As far as the eye can see, at least from the initial teaser he shared, the visual quality that he stretches does look quite detailed with a thick atmosphere of horror. What’s even more “creepy”?
