Google Stadia is about to come to the end of his life, as short as it is rich – at least on paper – with so much hope and a new revolution for the world of videogame entertainment. With its closure, however, some bad news has come for owners of Google Stadia and Red Dead Redemption 2.
In the last few weeks, while bidding farewell to Google Stadia very last, we have seen the regrettable requests from some players to get the chance to have their saves and game progress transferred. While we had received confirmations from some publishers of this possibility, there was no information on one of the most important videogame productions of the last few years: Red Dead Redempion 2.
The entire videogame audience was partly involved in an unfortunate case of videogame news around the Rockstar title: lo streamer Colourhappy Red Redemption 2 player with more than 6000 hours of gameplay behind him, he had no way of transferring his bailouts. The closure of the platform had led to a huge loss for the user, who requested in a loud voice – also with the help of their followers – to have granted the possibility of not losing their hours of play due to the sudden announcement of the closure of Google Stadia, whose employees were informed only a few hours before the announcement with great fanfare.
Well, it would seem that good news has come for the streamer: Rockstar has indeed announced that you will be able to transfer your saves from Google Stadia to any other platform, as declared by the content creator following an official communication addressed to the same Color. The software house, therefore, states that Red Dead Redemption Online players will be able to transfer everything they have previously obtained to Stadia, through the use of the Social Club.
Nonetheless, there is no news on the availability of the feature in question, which leads to having to wait for an official communication from Rockstar. All is well that ends well, at least for the story of the streamer Color, who will finally be able to thank his users for the collective effort that has helped not to lose precious hours of play by many players.
