The story of The Medium started in 1999 in Krakow, and stages Marianne who, in spite of herself, manages to pierce the veil separating the material and spiritual planes. Among his visions, that of a dead child near a lake, who seems to need help. Following the death of her adoptive father, Marianne receives the strange call from a certain Thomas who invites him to join him in the ruins of the Niwa hotel complex, because he has answers to give him. Basing its gameplay on the progress in both worlds, The Medium offers many puzzles to solve. Players must alternate between the two planes to find the right actions to do and the right roads to follow.
