This Wednesday we reported Xiaomi’s announcement that it would launch its first Smart TV aimed at the gaming segment under its Redmi brand. A day later, this was officially presented and is called Redmi Gaming TV X Pro.
Before knowing its characteristics, what we think is that such a product aimed at gaming will necessarily be expensive. But at least in China, the price it advertises is, to say the least, delicious.
Redmi Gaming TV X Pro starts at 423 in China
A Redmi Gaming TV X Pro arrives in versions of 65 and 75 inches, with very competitive prices. The smaller model costs 2999 yuan (423 euros), while the larger model costs 4299 yuan (607 euros).
In both models you can count on 120 Hz refresh rate and 120 Hz MEMC. Has support for VRR (variable refresh rate), and hardware-level split lighting.
You can count on a maximum resolution of 3840 by 2160 pixels (4K) and a range of colors from 94% DCI-P3. the support for Dolby Vision e Dolby Atmos is guaranteed, and as soon as the start of a game is detected, it activates the low latency mode.
Redmi Gaming TV X Pro with support for AMD FreeSync Premium
This Smart TV is powered by a quad-core A73 processor, and has 32GB of storage and 3GB of RAM. Has certification AMD FreeSync Premium and support for cloud gaming.
It has entries HDMI 2.1, HDMI 2.0, USB 2.0, Ethernet, AV, S/PDIF and antenna input. It remains to be seen whether we will have the opportunity to see this product reach global markets in the future.
