It has long been no secret that in November, AMD will reveal to the world the Radeon RX 7000 graphics cards based on RDNA 3rd generation graphics processors. The official debut of new products will take place on the third of November as part of the online presentation “together we advance_gaming”. The event starts at 23:00 Kyiv time.
“AMD executives will detail AMD’s new high-performance, power-efficient RDNA 3 architecture, which will bring a new level of performance, efficiency, and functionality to gamers and content creators,” the press release reads. You can follow the presentation through the official AMD YouTube channel.
One of the main features of 3rd generation AMD RDNA GPUs will be a multi-chip layout. The flagship Navi 31 GPU is unofficially credited with having a large GCD (Graphics Complex Die) die and six Memory Complex/Controller Die (MCD) chipsets. It is also worth noting the transition to a 5-nm process technology, processing of computing units and a new generation Infinity Cache buffer.
