A few days ago we told you about the disappearance of the removal date from the PlayStation Plus Extra / Premium library for various games. Without any notice, it seems that Sony has updated the store by reintroducing the dates and making some changes.
The controversy is triggered by the small changes made by the Japanese giant to the ‘expiration dates’ of the products available to subscribers: more specifically, Rez Infinite no longer falls within the circle of titles that are preparing to leave the service, although until a few days ago it was among the games coming out of the catalog. At the moment, therefore, it is not clear whether the title is about to abandon PS Plus Extra or not and the absence of official clarifications from Sony does not help to understand what is happening. As for what concerns instead Grand Theft Auto Vice City Remasteredthis will leave the next service February 21, 2023, so as to guarantee everyone the opportunity to carry it out.
In short, it seems that the management of this aspect of the catalog is to be reviewed and errors of this type are creating confusion both among subscribers and among players who would like to subscribe to try specific titles. In the meantime, we remind you that it is not long before the announcement of free PS4 and PS5 games in November 2022 for PlayStation Plus subscribers.
