In honor of the 25th anniversary of the first Fallout game, Prime Video and Kilter Films have shared a scene from the Fallout series in development. A shot from inside the newly opened Vault shows a mysterious figure standing in the gateway opposite the three occupants of the Vault. Judging by the numbers on the inhabitants’ overalls, this is Vault 33.
Fallout is being adapted for television by Lisa Joy and Jonathan Nolan, creators of the successful fantasy series Westworld. Joy and Nolan will be the head writers, with Todd Howard joining as executive producer. The series stars Walton Goggins, Ella Purnell and Kyle MacLachlan. In addition to writing the script, Nolan will direct the Fallout premiere.

Information about the details of the plot of the series is very scarce and adds little to the scene shown. It is only known that Goggins, apparently, will play the ghoul.
In a relatively short time, many series based on fantastic games with a post-apocalyptic plot will be released. For example, HBO is working on The Last of Us and Horizon is on Netflix. The Fallout TV series will most likely be released much earlier than the next game in the series – Bethesda is currently working on Starfield, and then the long-awaited sixth Elder Scrolls game should follow.
