Vasily Lomachenko, the former holder of three championship belts in lightweight, has explained why he did not leave Ukraine after the start of a full-scale military invasion by Russia.
“How could I do this? I couldn’t sleep at night. I wouldn’t be able to live on if I did this, if I ran away.
The enemy has invaded our country. They kill civilians. Women and children are dying. Any person in my place, any real man would have stayed to protect his home,” Lomachenko said.
Earlier, Lomachenko told what he thinks about Putin.
