The month of October is over and we are, once again, at the scariest time of the year with the halloween celebrations. Now, for anyone looking for a café frighteningly good, Sage Appliances shares some of their recipes.
Halloween has indeed become one of the most popular festivities in the world. Therefore, to celebrate the occasion, Sage, in partnership with one of the most important roasteries or roasting houses in the Iberian Peninsula, Hola Coffee, shares three themed coffee drinks.
All this to enjoy a specialty coffee on this festive day too.
Cappuccino is one of the most popular coffee-based drinks in the world. Therefore, to prepare an original version of this drink, you will only need:
30 ml of espresso coffee, extracted by an espresso machine. 300 ml of milk Chocolate syrup Stick for decoration
Quantities for 1 cup
First of all, to prepare this recipe, it will be necessary to extract an espresso coffee and give texture (texturize) the milk. Then, pour the micro foam into the espresso and gently draw a spiral on the surface of the coffee foam with the chocolate syrup.
Finally, with a toothpick, draw a spider’s web from the center of the cup. It is important to clean the toothpick after each brush stroke, so that the decoration has the expected result.
2. Spooky Pumpkin Latte
Second, when we think of Halloween, we think of pumpkins and American culture. That said, Sage recommends an easy-to-make pumpkin latte. To do so, you will need:
30 ml of pre-cooked pumpkin puree 12 g of sugar or sweetenerPowdered cinnamon to garnish 1 teaspoon of ground nutmeg 450 ml of milk 70 ml of freshly brewed espresso coffee

Now, to prepare this Halloween Latte, you need to put the pumpkin puree in a bowl and add the sugar and spices. Then we have to add the previous preparation to the milk and heat the mixture without letting it boil. Finally, just add the mixture to the espresso.
Also, to give this drink a spooky edge, Sage suggests garnishing the coffee with whipped cream pre-mixed with red food coloring.
3. Café das Trevas: ideal for coffee lovers
Thirdly, this recipe is the best choice for those who like to enjoy the real taste of espresso. Therefore, to prepare it you will need:
60 ml double espresso 50 ml textured milk 10 g caramel syrup 10 g white chocolate syrupCinnamon for garnish
