I’ve been saying for a few weeks now that Samsung wants to anticipate the launch of its new Galaxy S23, to be able to put its foot down to the old rival Apple, which already has all its devices on the shelves, and of course, to be more efficient in the rivalry at new rivals in the premium segment, such as Xiaomi, Oppo, or Vivo.
Within this batch of Chinese manufacturers, the most dangerous is even Xiaomi, which launches its new generation of devices, based on the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon SoC as early as December.
Do you think so? That Samsung significantly anticipates its launch? It’s because it’s going to happen.
Galaxy S23: Launching in early January!
So, despite the fact that it’s still October, we already know the arrival date of the new Galaxy S23, S23+ and S23 Ultra on the shelves. As well as pre-sale offers.
The next Samsung Unpacked will take place on January 5th!
Well, apparently, as an offer, Samsung will offer its Galaxy Buds 2 Pro earbuds. Interestingly, despite the date of January 5th, some leaks claim that KT (Korean mobile network provider) customers will allow registration on a special website as early as December 23rd.
Having said all that, with a launch event on the 5th of January, it is very likely that the first units of the Galaxy S23 will hit shelves sometime between the 20th and 21st of January. Samsung’s Galaxy S range has never hit shelves this early.
Also, what do you think about all this? Well played on Samsung’s part? Will it change the paradigm of the Android world? In the end, everything indicates that the S23 Ultra will be the flagship of the Google ecosystem. Share your opinion with us in the comments box below.
