In case you didn’t know, it’s been possible to access a web version of Instagram for several years, either through a PC or any tablet, in order to have an experience very close to that of the App for smartphones.
For users like me, who spend the day looking at a computer screen, it’s essential, because… Let’s be honest… These days, nobody knows how to use just one app for conversation.
So, every day I have to stay communicative in several different apps, whether to talk to friends/family, or teammates/business partners. However, luckily, all these apps have web versions, as is the case with Facebook Messengerdo WhatsApp Weband of course, messages from the Instagram (Direct).
Having said all this, those who use a tablet, namely an iPad, have always complained about the lack of a native app, really well done, for their device. What is the response from the Instagram team? A big improvement to the web version!
Instagram: Web version will get much better!
So, if you already use the web version of Instagram, in your day-to-day, you must have noticed that little by little, things have been improving.
Especially in the last few months, when things seem to have gotten less of what is actually a ‘stretched’ and limited version of the iOS/Android version, to be something truly well done, and designed for this type of user.
Among the improvements, we will find a new way of navigation, optimization in video playback, and of course, improvements in the chat part, which for now, still does not accept the reception of images/temporary videos.
However, as you can imagine, these changes mean that the iPad will probably never have a native Instagram app.
