“My wife told me that they were collecting help for the kids who came from Ukraine. Some with parents, some without. The age is completely different – from babies to schoolchildren. And at first they had nothing.
I offered to help with money, but they told me: “Money is not needed.” As a result, we went to the store, bought everything from diapers, bottles and mixtures, to toys, bicycles.”
Interestingly, during the interview, Lunev failed to call the war in Ukraine a “war“, and tried to get away from this topic.
