Saber Interactive introduced the prestige system to Evil Dead: The Game. This will increase the level cap, which will give players new rewards. Players can look forward to this new feature from November 14 on all platforms.
Players can now increase their max level to receive exclusive rewards. As you progress, you will receive a new measure of strength, additional skill points, screamers, and epic character frames to show your level of demonic prowess.
All characters will have an additional skill point per prestige level. All characters will receive a screamer reward at prestige level 3. Both Survivors and Demons upgrade unique skills outside of the skill tree.
Characters can now reach up to 5 prestige levels. In order to advance from one level to another, a character must be at the maximum level and the player must complete a group of challenges with that character. Players can spend points to skip certain challenges by spending spirit points. They can also spend spirit points to skip a subsection. Only the level is skipped, not the entire challenge. Once all requirements are met, the player will be able to take their character to the next level of Prestige. New challenges are assigned to the character, and their maximum level is increased by 1. The character also returns to 1 level. However, progress is not reset, but the skill tree remains. The character will not gain an additional skill point from levels at previous prestige levels, only the one associated with his current prestige. For example, if a new character is level 26, they will receive a skill point at level 26, not levels 1-25. If that prestige level has another associated reward, it is granted now. Prestige rewards are cumulative. That is, if the character is in prestige 4, he will retain the rewards of previous levels.
Most likely, this Prestige system will be part of the game update.
