The Polar Ignite 3 was launched globally and on the brand’s Portuguese website it is now available for €329.90.
It comes with a price of less than 350 euros and with many good updates compared to the previous model, which include a more powerful processor and more RAM.
Polar Ignite 3 arrives with a better processor and more RAM
The Finnish brand Polar has just launched, globally, its new Ignite 3 smartwatch that arrives with significant updates compared to the previous model. The new device provides a CPU speed of 192 MHz and 5 MB of RAM while its predecessor was at 120 MHz and 0.64 MB, respectively.
This is a leap that will have an impact on the performance of the equipment. The Ignite 3 also has a larger 220 mAh battery that provides autonomy for up to 30 hours of training and up to 120 hours in smartwatch mode. But if the battery saving training mode is activated, the autonomy can reach up to 100 hours.
For sport, the new Ignite has over 150 sport modes, and is ready to provide audio feedback during training sessions. You can do this through headphones or the speaker built into the paired smartphone.
Another resource that can be very useful is the Polar Fitness Tests that assess the user’s physical condition before starting physical activity.
Already in the health resources, it has monitoring of heart rate and sleep quality. This last feature provides a complete analysis of the body’s recovery during the night and a prediction of alertness and energy levels for the day ahead.
On the other hand, the new Polar Ignite 3 also informs the user about the calories burned and the percentage of fat, protein and carbohydrates that he has spent so far.
For the rest, the new Polar device is equipped with a 1.28-inch AMOLED screen that provides a resolution of 416×416 pixels.
