According to rumors, Samsung is already preparing the launch of the Galaxy A54, which will take the place of one of the most successful mid-range smartphones among users.
But the news may not be that encouraging, as the (few) updates to the Galaxy A53 can disappoint, especially photography fans.
Samsung Galaxy A54 5G camera is different from its predecessor

Recently, the Samsung Galaxy A54 5G was spotted on certification sites at its launch that reveal some of the specifications that we can expect to see on the terminal. One of the specifications unveiled is a 5,000 mAh battery with support for 25-watt fast charging, as in its predecessor.
But, unfortunately, the new model will have some updates compared to the previous model that can disappoint, above all, photography fans.
If the information released so far is confirmed, the Galaxy A54 5G will have a triple rear camera configuration with a primary sensor of 50 megapixels, a wide angle of five megapixels and a third sensor also with five megapixels of resolution.
Bearing in mind that the successful Galaxy A53 5G features a quad camera setup with a 64-megapixel main sensor, complemented by a 12-megapixel ultrawide plus two sensors, macro and depth, with five megapixels each, the “update ” may fall short of some users’ expectations.
Samsung Galaxy A54 5G inherits many specs from the previous model
Also according to all the rumors released, the remaining specifications of the Galaxy A54 5G will be the same as the previous model. Apparently, Samsung does not want to change much and continues to bet on the same attributes that have been conquering the medium segment of smartphones.
As we have already seen, the Galaxy A54 5G will have the same battery as the previous model and the same goes for the screen. It is expected to be equipped with a 6.5-inch Super AMOLED panel with Full HD+ resolution and a refresh rate of 120 Hz.
But there is good news. Through the same certification sites, it was possible to know that the Galaxy A54 5G will be powered by the Exynos S5E8535 processor that succeeds the Exynos 1280 chip, present in the previous model.
For the rest, the new terminal will be able to provide the same configurations of RAM memory and internal storage – up to 8 GB and up to 256 GB, respectively – that its predecessor has.
