Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Breakpoint today received thefree upgrade per PS5 e Xbox Series X|S: owners of the Ubisoft game in PS4 and Xbox One versions will be able to update it on the new platforms.
Although last April the French house announced the end of support for Breakpoint, the developers have still closed work on the next-gen update (or current-gen, if you prefer), which introduces a whole series of technical improvements.
Specifically, either PlayStation 5 that Xbox Series X they can count on two graphics modes: one at 4K (dynamic on Xbox, real on PS5) and 30 fps, the other at 1080p and 60 fps. On Xbox Series S the game will run at 1440p and 30 fps instead.
In our review of Ghost Recon Breakpoint we talked about how this latest episode of the Ubisoft series boasts a rich open world and a lot of substance, but at the same time suffers from repetitiveness and technical uncertainties.
At this point it will be interesting to understand how the franchise will be carried forward by the company: for the moment there are no details, but we know that the next Ghost Recon will arrive in the course of 2023.
