Jumplight Odysseyby League of Geeks was announced and presented today during the PC Gaming Show with a trailerwhich showed something of the story and above all its particular characterization of anime-style space management.
The game recalls the style of Japanese cartoons of the 80s, with Battleship Yamato as the first reference that comes to mind, staging the adventure of the crew of a space ship fleeing from an evil empire, after the destruction of their planet Christmas.
It doesn’t have a release date yet, but Jumplight Odyssey is expected, on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X | S, in the course of 2023.
It is a managerial which requires us to take care of all aspects concerning the correct functioning of a spaceship, wandering from one planet to another and also trying to deal with the clashes with the numerous enemies, present in overwhelming quantities in space.
In a certain sense, it is like a simulation that combines elements of classic management with the typical structure of FTL, in a rather particular mixture and also represented with a truly peculiar style, as you can see from the presentation trailer. To get to know him better, we refer you to our tried Jumplight Odyssey that we have published in these minutes, with a very extensive in-depth analysis of its interesting features.
