November 22nd, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. by Sebastian Glanzer – YouTube streamer Ludwig endured a lot during his charity stream. Increasingly crazy fundraising goals ultimately meant that the ex-twitch streamer probably had to get a twitch tattoo – that’s how the viewers decided.
During his time on Twitch, streamer Ludwig was already known for raising $100,000 for a good cause during a month-long subathon (stream non-stop). Ludwig is now at YouTube Gaming and his charity campaigns are getting bigger and bigger. The streamer recently let himself be “locked up” in a glass box for 50 hours for a new subathon at Dreamhack Atlanta.
The goal was to keep viewers entertained with crazy activities for as long as possible while raising $300,000 for a good cause. In order to encourage viewers to donate, the streamer set ever more curious fundraising goals, which caused some humiliation for himself.
All for a good cause – even a twitch tattoo
The donation goal for a kind of pot cut was quickly reached. After that, Ludwig had to put on make-up like a clown and at the end came the greatest humiliation. In order to bring in a lot of money again, he had the four top donors vote on what the last humiliation should be. The viewers in the chat can then decide by voting what kind of tattoo Ludwig should get. The permanent work of art is to come on his wrist.
Streamer QTCinderella was one of the top donors and suggested a tattoo of herself. Streamer Valkyrae was also among the top donors and suggested a Twitch logo. It ended up being a close race between a tattoo of his cat “Coots” and the Twitch logo.
Cat or Twitch logo? Both!
The cat theme has long reigned supreme, but Twitch’s biggest streamer xQc gathered thousands of viewers on its own stream to maneuver the vote towards the Twitch logo. Before the timer ran out, it wasn’t entirely clear which motif won. Probably out of shock that the Twitch logo might win, Ludwig closed the vote too early. At this point, the cat tattoo was still in the lead, although at the very end the Twitch logo was actually close to number 1.

Jimmy “MrBeast” Donaldson has achieved his goal: He is the Youtuber with the most subscriptions – and the fans are the target of crypto scammers.
Visibly impressed, Ludwig thanked all donors and viewers and ended the stream shortly afterwards. According to Ludwig, to be fair, it will probably be a tattoo of his cat with a small Twitch logo. Beforehand, he didn’t expect to actually break the $300,000 mark and certainly not to end up having to immortalize a Twitch logo as a tattoo on his body.
