Despite the latest WoW expansion coming out on November 29th, 2022, Blizzard developers are still not satisfied with the class balancing of the new talent trees and they are already announcing balance adjustments for the day AFTER the Dragonflight release, ie for November 30, 2022.
The adjustments that will then come to the live servers will affect demon hunters, paladins, priests, rogues and warriors, and rogues in PvP. Balance adjustments on November 30, 2022
Burning Wound damage bonus to Celebration Burn aura reduced to 40% (from 50%). Knowing the Enemy (Talent) critical damage bonus reduced to 40/80% of your critical strike chance (from 50/100%). By any means (Talent): Reduced damage bonus from Mastery: Demonic Presence to affected skills to 80% of your Mastery (was 100%).
Skilled Soldier now also grants 10% reduced damage on area of effect damage.Battlelord now also increases the damage of Overpower by 25% at all times.Combat Prowess increases Mortal Strike damage by 30% per stack (up from 25%). Mortal Strike or Cleave cooldown reset has been increased to 20% (from 15%). Fatal Mark’s damage has been increased by 20%. Driven by Violence now heals for 65% of the damage dealt by Deep Wounds (from 50%). Mortal Strike damage increased by 3.5%.
Adjusted Afterglow and Dawn:
Blessing of the Morning now increases damage and healing by 5% (up from 6%). Duration increased to 20 seconds.Blessing of the Evening duration increased to 20 seconds.Signet of Order now increases the healing and damage of your Holy Power abilities by 8% (from 10%) during Boon of the Evening .
Word of Glory healing increased by 40% for Protection Paladins. Light of the Titans healing increased by 40%.

You can expect a small nerf for Havoc Demon Hunters, a buff for Weapon Warriors, an actual adjustment of Afterglow and Dawn for the Paladins, a small buff for Protection Paladins, a mini-buff for Discipline Priests who rely on Strict Discipline . Then a small balance adjustment for outlaws and a small nerf – and then another buff for PvP villains. Remember, this is all only active from November 30, 2022.
