German privacy watchdog: Microsoft 365 violates GDPR law

The German privacy watchdog (the DSK) has released a statement saying that Microsoft 365 violates the country’s GDPR legislation (PDF). This comes after two years of negotiations between the watchdog and Microsoft, during which the former tried to make improvements to the 365 services.
