There are so many game titles out there that offer a fantastic, above average experience, but only target a niche market. One of the real proofs of this phenomenon is the visual novel strategy game – 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim from Vanillaware and Atlus. Most of the gamers who have tasted this series end up falling in love with and worshiping the sci-fi storyline that Vanillware has built over the years. The good news? Sales figures at least also continue to grow.
Even though it is still considered a niche game that may not be enjoyed by everyone, fortunately the sales figures for 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim continue to increase. At its 3rd birthday event, Vanillaware is proud to announce that this one game has managed to reach sales of up to 800 thousand copies. This means that it has increased by around 300 thousand copies since last November 2021. This figure is of course helped by the release of the Nintendo Switch version which is often referred to as the most suitable platform for games like this.
