Barcelona coach Havi said that in 2021 he received an invitation from the Brazilian Football Federation to join Tite’s coaching staff:

“It was a very unexpected proposal. I spoke to them through my agent. I had the opportunity to enter Tite’s headquarters and work with him, but I wanted to be the head coach, so I was waiting for an invitation from Barcelona.

I am where I want to be, in my opinion the best club in the world and that is in my heart. I am enjoying and trying to make a difference at Barcelona.

Note that in November 2021, Xavi replaced Ronald Koeman as the head coach of the Blue Garnet.
