The CRAS C930 and CRAS C910 models are based on the PCIe Gen4x4 interface for maximum data transfer speed, while the CRAS C730 uses the PCIe Gen3x4 interface.
CRAS C930 offers read speeds up to 7400/6800MB/s at a maximum capacity of 2TB and 4K random read/write up to 1000K IOPS. The CRAS C910 is equipped with 3D TLC NAND flash.
The CRAS C730 model offers three capacity options: 512 GB, 1 TB, and 2 TB at 3700 MB/s.
CRAS C930, C910 and C730 M.2 NVMe drives will be available from Q4 2022.
