Germany goalkeeper Manuel Neuer commented on the 1-1 draw against Spain at the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
“A tough match, but we gave the Spaniards a fight and didn’t let them create many chances. Separate compliments are worthy of our defense – because of it, our goal was difficult to hit. Even losing with a score of 0:1, we continued to believe in ourselves. We still have a chance to qualify from the group – now this is the most important thing,” said Neuer.
