According to the agency Reuters citing own sources Microsoft in the coming weeks may propose special means and measures to secure a deal with Activision Blizzard. The company is going to make concessions in order to overcome the objections of the regulatory bodies of the European Council.
The European Commission is due to publish an official list of competition issues, known as a Statement of Objection, in January 2023. If Microsoft chooses to take effective legal action before a document is issued, this could affect the regulatory process.
