Xiaomi has finally confirmed the launch date for its upcoming Xiaomi 13 series phones. The presentation is scheduled for Thursday, December 1 at 19:00 Beijing time.
Xiaomi boss Lei Jun has shared an official render of the Xiaomi 13, which will have a flat OLED screen with 1.61mm thick bezels on the top and sides and 1.81mm on the bottom. In addition, the width of the smartphone will be 71.5 mm, which makes it easy to hold it with one hand.

GSMArena also received confirmation that all phones of the Xiaomi 13 series will be protected from water and dust by the IP68 standard.
Xiaomi has confirmed that it will launch its Watch S2 smartwatch and Xiaomi Buds 4 TWS earphones, as well as its first desktop computer, a new Wi-Fi router and a projector. The MIUI 14 operating system will also be announced at the event along with the Xiaomi 13 and 13 Pro phones.

Other Xiaomi Products Expected at Thursday’s Event
Before the long-awaited release of Xiaomi 13 smartphones, there were a lot of rumors on the net about the new models and their key features. Xiaomi 13 was previously confirmed to be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC.
The smartphone was also speculated to support 120W fast charging, have a 50-megapixel main camera with optical image stabilization, and an 8-series Sony IMX sensor.
