Amazon’s Black Friday week is drawing to a close, likely to make way for last-minute Christmas deals. But who wants to be out and about at Christmas time at the last minute, banging into the shops when the city is full to quickly think about what to give various members of the family?
Just do as I did and don’t gift anything but homemade cookies ^^ But if you think you can’t get away with that, then I have a few suggestions for you below for things to give away or fuel your spark of inspiration. Quasi the last snapper before the Autobahn, which takes you straight into the Christmas madness. PS: Thank you for supporting us with the affiliate links!
Digital picture frame – sometimes it doesn’t have to be a breathtakingly great gift, but something with personality is enough. For example, this digital picture frame, on which you can simply present cool photos.
Model kit for bookcase makers – I keep seeing videos of these little bookcase kits, most of which also have lights, and I find these bookends totally charming… I might order one myself. Because I think this kind of decoration is pretty cool, and it’s still a long way from being found everywhere. So if you have someone who likes to tinker, check out these model kits. There are a few other themes here.
Toys for kiddos – for example puzzles, Gravitrax or classics like the crazy labyrinth. I especially loved playing the latter as a child and you conquer a place in the heart of every child who you not only bring a game to, but also play together!
Kindle for bookworms – you can say what you want, such a Kindle is much more practical than packing thousand-page books for the next beach vacation.
Swarovski jewelry for glitter fans – Swarovski, that always sounds expensive, but it’s not necessarily so. Check out the Black Friday discounts.
Candles for the home – I had already suggested Yankee Candles and Woodwicks because I find the prices outrageous under normal circumstances. But such a candle also makes an impression as a gift, especially if the recipient knows that the stuff is not exactly cheap.

Motive shirts for jesters – yes, there is this kind of people who like shirts with a funny saying on them. I have several of them in my circle of friends, so I can’t say anything directly now ^^
WISO for bargain hunters – similar to the Playstation Plus annual subscription, many people also buy Beuer’s WISO tax software for the current tax year on Black Friday.
Anti-stress for stressed people – the 6-minute diary is lying around and gathering dust. Someday I’ll use that. But given the fact that many people are already getting stressed out, particularly by the prospect of Christmas, this book might be spot on!
Cuddly blanket for frostbite – the winter is slowly whistling cold through the cracks in the window. Also in view of some savings plans regarding electricity and heating (but also otherwise) you can never really have enough blankets!
3D printers for creatives – yeah okay, that’s not necessarily cheap, but I’ve heard that the trend is towards 3D printing. Advantage: With this you can print gifts ^^
Chili gift set for hot peppers – if you like it hot, you might want to bring a chili gift set. The advantage of this is the following: There are super often totally great packaged and looking ingredients for a bread or for sauces with pasta or something. But to be honest, I don’t use that stuff most of the time. Such a pure spice set, on the other hand, I would much rather try it out.
