Beginning November 28, Tulsa King, the 10-episode series starring Oscar-nominated Sylvester Stallone, will be available on SkyShowtime.
Tulsa King follows Capo Dwight “The General” Manfredi (Silvester Stallone) of the New York mob, just after he is released from prison after 25 years, when he is sent to Tulsa, Oklahoma by his boss.
Realizing that his mob “famiglia” won’t exactly have his best interests in mind, Dwight begins to assemble a new gang, made up of very unlikely characters, to help him establish a new criminal empire in a city that’s well known. I could stay on a completely different planet.
The series also stars Andrea Savage (“I’m Sorry”), Martin Starr (“Silicon Valley”), Jay Will (“The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel”), Max Casella (“The Tender Bar”), Domenick Lombardozzi (“The Irishman”), Vincent Piazza (“Boardwalk Empire”), AC Peterson (“Superman & Lois”) with Garrett Hedlund (“The United States vs. Billie Holiday”) and Dana Delany (“Body of Proof”).
Executive produced by Taylor Sheridan, Terence Winter, Silvester Stallone, David C. Glasser, Ron Burkle, Bob Yari, David Hutkin, Allen Coulter and Braden Aftergood. The series is produced by MTV Entertainment Studios and 101 Studios.
