In Serbia, the merger of Activision Blizzard and Microsoft has been approved.
Microsoft’s takeover of Activision Blizzard isn’t done yet. In the USA, for example, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), in Great Britain the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) and the EU competition authority are examining the merger of the two companies.
But there are also countries in which one sees no problems with the merger. As Reuters reports, after Brazil and Saudi Arabia, Serbia has now waved the takeover through without hesitation.
