The release of Rise of the New World is approaching: the final Season 4 expansion for Anno 1800 will be released on December 8th. Selected streamers can get into the DLC from December 2nd – and show all content in advance in their broadcasts. “So if you can’t wait to see more of DLC 12 as soon as possible, this is the best way,” the developers share. As with previous Anno 1800 expansions, you can bag individual free items while watching.
Free items for the DLC release for Anno 1800
“As usual, the release will be accompanied by a Twitch Drops event where you can earn two DLC-related ornaments,” adds Ubisoft Mainz. From December 2nd to December 18th, if you stop by the participating streamers for a certain time, you will receive free items. An early access phase will take place between December 2nd and 8th, after which all other streamers can also participate in the new Twitch Drop event.

During the Rise of the New World Twitch event, you can earn two new ornaments for Anno 1800 (buy now €29.90 / €53.99). Watch any participating streamer for an hour and you’ll receive the Rise of the New World banner. For three hours there is the Rise of the New World mural. In order to get the free items for Anno 1800, you need to connect your Ubisoft account to the Twitch account. Then you can tune in to the streamers. Note that you don’t have to watch three hours straight to get both ornaments. Your on-time is added across individual channels.
Participating streamers include Writing Bull, Vallegaming, Maty and desman2k6. Once you have received the free items, you must first claim them via the Twitch inventory. Once you have done that, the ornaments will be unlocked after the release of Rise of the New World in Anno 1800.
