We have selected many different graphics card models for you from 180 euros to 879 euros, which (as of November 29, 2022, 4 p.m.) are available at comparatively low prices from at least one of our partner shops from stock or can be delivered at short notice. Probably due to Black Friday sales, the range has thinned out a bit, which is why we are linking less than 50 models for the first time in a long time – but there are still over 40 graphics cards, many of which are also available from several of our partners. We divide the graphics cards into three performance classes, whereby the boundaries between the classes are of course fluid. The price-performance ratio is also important to us – for this reason, strictly speaking, we would have to leave out most Nvidia graphics cards, since AMD is the clear winner here – nevertheless we have listed a few offers for the GeForce RTX 3060 to 3080. The Nvidia GeForce RTX 4090 is not represented in our links because it is far too expensive despite its enormous performance. We have also published a detailed special on the new top graphics card.
A few words about the still quite new GeForce RTX 4080; Although the new graphics card is extremely strong and even beats the RTX 3090 Ti, the price-performance ratio is not good. It is almost 30 percent faster than the AMD Radeon RX 6950 XT, which costs 850 euros, but costs more than 1450 euros. Nevertheless, we will link you to five models here at the beginning, which can be found under 1530 euros at some of our partners:
At AMD, the Radeon RX 6500 XT to 6950 XT series are represented. There is also an AMD campaign running until the beginning of February 2023, in which you get the two games Dead Island 2 and The Callisto Project for free if you buy an RX 6600 or stronger from participating shops. With the RX 6400 and RX 6500 XT “only” Dead Island 2 is included. As far as our partner shops are concerned, Caseking, Notebooksbilliger as well as MediaMarkt and Saturn are taking part in the campaign.
For orientation, we have noted a performance index for our offer links for each graphics card series – the most powerful series represented here except for the RTX 4080, the AMD Radeon RX 6950 XT, gets a value of 104. The RX gets the base value of 100 6900 XT, because it has been our base for a long time. A graphics card half as fast as the RX 6900 XT therefore has a value of 50, a value of 78, for example, means that the graphics card achieves 78 percent of the performance of an RX 6900 XT. Of course, the index refers to non-overclocked variants, and you should also note that these are average ratings – the performance differences can also be different depending on the game.
