The pre-load date and download size of the prequel to Final Fantasy VII, Crisis Core Final Fantasy VII Reunion, have been revealed, but only for console versions.
Database entries for the preload date, download size, and latest update for the PS4 and PS5 versions of Crisis Core Final Fantasy VII Reunion have been released via PlayStation Game Size on Twitter. The estimated download size for the Xbox version was also listed on the Xbox Store. The download size for the Nintendo Switch version was similarly listed.

Crisis Core – Final Fantasy VII – Reunion will feature an all-new menu-based combat system and improved controls, among other notable improvements. New features announced by Square Enix include improved camera and character movement, an optimized user interface, a new menu-based combat system, a new music arrangement by Takeharu Ishimoto, and full voice over for previously text-only scenes.
