Together with the GeForce RTX 4090 and RTX 4080 gaming graphics cards, Nvidia introduced the RTX 6000 professional 3D accelerator at the last GTC conference. It is based on the AD102 GPU with the Ada Lovelace architecture, equipped with 48 gigabytes of video memory and is already available for order in foreign online stores.
The Nvidia RTX 6000 is based on the AD102 die in a configuration with 18,176 CUDA cores, 568 tensor cores, 142 RT cores, and a 384-bit memory interface. The video buffer of the device is represented by 48 GB of GDDR6 memory with ECC support and an effective frequency of 20 GHz, which provides a throughput of 960 GB / s. The graphics processor operates at a frequency of 2.5 GHz, the standard TGP level is 300 watts.
The RTX 6000 graphics accelerator is cooled by a dual-slot cooler based on a centrifugal fan. Four DisplayPort 1.4 ports can be used to display an image, and an additional power supply is connected via a (12+4)-pin 12VHPWR connector. The connection interface is PCI Express 4.0 x16.
As for the price of the Nvidia RTX 6000, North American stores are asking for a new product from $7378.
