Portal RTX game news: the cult game is coming back very soon, here are the official PC configurations

Portal is a game that has made an impression and Valve has not yet finished with it: very soon, the title will return in a remastered version with even RTX. Nvidia has just revealed the PC configurations, but also the release date.
The return of the legend
Released in 2007, Portal has finally established itself as one of the most popular franchises of its generation, giving birth to a critically acclaimed sequel. Thanks to its level-design to die for, but also its touches of humor and its atypical universe, the title of Valve is cult in many respects: the firm does not intend to abandon it anytime soon and has planned a nice makeover with a new version, called “Portal with RTX”.
Announced a few months ago, this version has just been given a release date, set for December 8, 2022. Obviously, Steam will offer the software, which you can find via the official page.
Do you have enough to turn the beast around?
As the name suggests, Portal with RTX will benefit from… RTX. As a reminder, this is the ray tracing technology developed by Nvidia, allowing ultra-realistic light and shadow management, with light reflections in support. IThere will also be Nvidia DLSS 3, allowing for even sharper performance, but also Nvidia Reflex for minimized system latency.
Ahead of the release, Nvidia has just unveiled the different configurations to run the game on PC (no release on home consoles is planned). Do you have the necessary beast?
