You remember Goodbye Volcano High? It is a narrative adventure starring several dinosaur-like humanoid creatures, which was shown for the first time among the indie games of the PS5 event of June 2020, however quickly losing track of it.
Originally planned for 2021, Goodbye Volcano High was later pushed back to 2022, but the development team KO_OP has provided very few updates on the project, which is still largely shrouded in fog. And with 2022 now winding down, as expected, the authors confirm a further postponement for the work, which is now expected for theestate 2023 always on PlayStation 5, PS4 e PCthe same platforms already confirmed previously.
For the occasion, KO_OP has also released a new teaser trailer for Goodbye Volcano High, which offers an unprecedented taste of the game’s narrative mechanics, based on multiple choice dialogues which will modify the evolution of the story in a more or less significant way depending on the choices made by the player. The work will also allow you to interact with musical instruments, write songs, interact with social media and develop relationships with the many characters with whom we will be able to interact.
Net of the postponement, the fact that there is now a more defined launch window seems to suggest that development should now be well underway. All that remains is to wait for more precise details from the developers in the coming months.
