An FTC recommendation to acquire Activision Blizzard could come in mid-December.
In mid-December, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) could issue a recommendation for Microsoft to acquire Activision Blizzard. According to the Seeking Alpha site, a decision could probably be made in January, according to a trusted source.
Meetings are said to have continued over the weekend in which Microsoft discussed terms with Sony and also assured that Activision’s games will remain on the PlayStation.
The FTC has recently reported a potential antitrust lawsuit to stop Microsoft’s takeover of Activision Blizzard.
