It is worth remembering that even today the old video game is still ‘alive’, with games becoming available on the Playstation Plus service.
In general, the engineer responsible for the bathtub took care to replicate even the smallest details that the device has. For example, the “Power”, “Reset” and “Open” buttons are all correctly named and positioned in the correct places, which further provokes the feeling of nostalgia.
Another highlight is that the “lid” of the console/bathtub lifts as it does on the device, revealing the water. Still, you can’t tell if the buttons have some kind of function in this case or if they are just decorations. Its surroundings and some details in the structure also have their own lighting.
It is worth remembering that the first Playstation was the birthplace of several successful franchises, such as Metal Gear Solid and Castlevania: Symphony of the Night. So, it can be said that the success obtained by the console is no coincidence, since even today its titles are available to play on the PS5.
