News game This Mario Kart-like signed Disney announces bad news

Disney Speedstorm is neither more nor less than Mickey’s direct response to Mario Kart: the game was due to be released in 2022, or at least according to the latest news. Alas, the game will not arrive in time.
Not so fast
Announced in February 2022 during a Nintendo Direct, Disney Speedstorm is an arcade racing game modeled on the Mario Kart model, obviously THE benchmark in its field. For the moment, it is the French studio Gameloft which is on the spot : the title was to be offered this summer as free-to-play on all platforms, before being postponed to this year, without further details.
Only here: we are now in December and still no news of the game on the horizon, which has also played the card of silence for a few months. The developers have therefore just taken the floor to warn the public: Disney Speedstorm is officially pushed back to 2023.
The Karts are rebatues
As a reminder, the game revolves around a simple concept: a multitude of circuits and playable characters, drawn from multiple universes stamped Disney. We can therefore then drive with Jack Sparrow, Mickey, Mulan or even Sulli on tracks such as the Ruins of the Jungle Book, the Great Wall of China of Mulan or the stage of terror of Monster & Cie.
We will therefore have to wait until next year, while Gameloft further refines its baby, as it explains on Twitter. Disney Speedstorm sortira en tout cas sur PC, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series, Xbox One et Nintendo Switch. It will turn out completely free.
