President of the U.S.A Joe Biden announced his readiness to talk with Russian dictator Vladimir Putin, but on one condition:
“This war can end in one rational way – if Putin withdraws troops from Ukraine. Of course he won’t. For this, he paid a high price, committed an incredible massacre against the civilian population of Ukraine – bombed kindergartens, hospitals, orphanages for children. What he does is disgusting.
Let me be very careful: I’m ready to talk to Putin if he’s really interested in finding a solution to how we can get out of this war. He hasn’t done it yet. If this is indeed the case, then I, in consultation with my friends in France and NATO, will be ready to sit down at the negotiating table with Putin to find out what he wants and what he has in mind.
Until then, we must support the Ukrainian people, and this is extremely important. The very idea that Putin can defeat Ukraine is unimaginable.”
