customers of Bradesco faced some problems related to the instability of the application this Thursday (1). The situation generated discomfort among users, who showed discontent on social networks. As a result, the bank’s name was among the highlights as a subject of the moment in Brazil on Twitter.
On Wednesday, the bank also had a large number of complaints, according to the Downdetector website, which is responsible for monitoring how applications and websites work. In this case, there were 326 reports and yesterday the peak occurred around 10:26 am, with 64 reports from users.
Also according to complaints from users on the social network of the blue bird, the Bradesco application was unstable, with problems in services such as internet banking and its operations, in addition to difficulty logging in. For example, there were people who reported the impossibility of transacting via Pix through the bank app.
By the way, it is worth saying that the financial institution made it possible to make Pix with money deposited from other banks via Open Finance. In addition, AMEX cards issued by Bradesco are supported by Apple Pay since last November 15th.
Back to the complaints, there were also reports from Manaus users about the app being offline on site and also without possibilities to perform Pix operations. Bradesco, in turn, has not yet commented on the situation and as soon as the institution provides a response, the article will be updated with the company’s position.
