The financial analysis firm Wedbush Morgan has high expectations regarding the acquisition of Activision Blizzard on the part of Microsoft, the group expects the procedure to be completed within the next six months.
Wedbush is in no doubt that the acquisition will actually be completeddespite the difficulties encountered in recent months with the antitrust bodies, it must be said that Microsoft itself has always spoken of a closure of the agreement ideally scheduled for June 2023 and Wedbush itself therefore expects that there will be no delays of any guy.
Clearly what Wedbush thinks it has no weight in the decisions of the competent bodies but the fact that such an important signature has expressed a positive opinion on the matter is certainly a sign of great confidence for such a large-scale financial operation, worth almost 70 billion dollars.
According to a report, Activision, Microsoft and Sony are negotiating an agreement that can satisfy all parties involved on the future of Call of Duty and beyond, so as to be able to obtain the go-ahead to give it antitrust bodies, a private document should be signed during the month of January, according to some rumors from apparently well-informed sources on the matter.
