In the evening, a new game from Firaxis Games will be available. It’s a highly anticipated Marvel’s Midnight Suns tactic that sees the Marvel Universe’s famous superheroes team up to take on the sorceress Lilith and her army of monsters.
The project combines the tactical foundations of XCOM and mechanics from card games. Reviews from specialized publications and bloggers have already appeared. Critics praise the game, most give a very high score. They celebrate an interesting plot with bright characters and excellent battles. Some say that the game is simpler than XCOM, but thanks to the abundance of role-playing elements and the card system, it is still interesting. Regarding the cards, opinions differed, not everyone liked this element. Now the average score on Metacritic is 83 out of 100.
The system requirements only support DirectX 12. To run with minimal parameters, a system based on AMD Ryzen 3-2200G or Intel Core i5-4430 with Radeon RX 470 or GeForce GTX 960 graphics is enough, you need at least 8 GB of RAM. Recommended PC based on AMD Ryzen 5-2600X or Intel Core i7-6700 with Radeon RX 5700 or GeForce GTX 1070 graphics, 16 GB of memory and 60 GB of installation disk space.
Marvel’s Midnight Suns is available on Steam at the price of UAH 1,399.
