Exactly one week from the expected show of The Game Awards 2022, the curators of Electronic Arts’ social networks arouse the curiosity of Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order fans by updating the EA Star Wars Twitter profile banner aimage of Jedi Survivor, the sequel to the adventure of Cal Kestis.
The shot in question, complete with the official Jedi Survivor logo, portrays theStinger Mantis starship from Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order in the frame of the evocative landscape of a rocky desert. The alien sunset given to us by EA only fuels the hopes of the community for the noisy presence of Star Wars Jedi Survivor at the 2022 Game Awards, perhaps with a World Premiere that allows us to peek into the folds of the work done by Respawn in evolving the combat system and the Metroidvania-style level design of Cal’s previous space odyssey.
Thanks to the information pitted to date by the Respawn team, however, we already know that Jedi Survivor will be placed five years away from the tumultuous final events of Jedi Fallen Order: the now ex Padawan Cal Kestis will have to escape the Imperial assassins and secure a future for the Jedi bravely facing the new threat to the galaxy far, far away.
Before leaving you to the comments, we remind you that The Game Awards 2022 will be held from 01:30 on Friday 9 December.
