Microsoft Finally Fixes Patch 22H2 Windows 11, Finds Debug Issues On GPU
Most of the players complained about the problem in the 22H2 update which resulted in frame dropping issues. Of course this is quite disturbing. This problem then got Microsoft’s attention that the expectations obtained were actually lower than expected in several games. According to him this is related to debugging on the GPU. Which results in significantly decreased performance.

“We found that there is an issue that may affect some games and apps. This is related to the debug features on the GPU. This results in a decrease in game performance and running applications. Microsoft said quoted from PC Gamer.
It has also been previously reported that some games and apps accidentally enable the debugging feature on the GPU even if the user does not open it.
Something To Do With NVIDIA’s GeForce Software?
The debugging issue experienced in patch 22H2 is apparently related to NVIDIA’s GeForce Experience software. As evidenced by reports found by NVIDIA itself“ Patch 22H2 on Windows 11 added a debugging tool that made it trigger accidentally. As a result, game performance is lower. And we are fixing it.”
Meanwhile, to overcome the above problems, NVIDIA last September also released its newest version entitled GeForce Experience 3.26 beta which can be downloaded on their official website or updated to the GeForce Experience application. For users who install via the website, make sure you check the enable experimental mode column in the application settings to allow the application.
Now the issue has been resolved and Microsoft advises its users to update their 22H2 version on Windows Update. Microsoft also ensures users to download the application to a newer version.
