Less than a week away from the most awaited gaming event of each year. Between a battle to the last to grab the title of Game of the Year and possible reveals of highly anticipated titles this year i The Game Awards they promise to be decidedly interesting. The boys of have recently intervened to throw more meat on the fire 505 Games. With a nice video posted on Twitter, the publishing house has in fact made it known that it will announce during the event a mysterious new title.
The tweet in question, structured like an email addressed to Geoff Keighley, contains a video that features him as the protagonist Michael Madsen. The star of Kill Bill and Reservoir Dogs, defined here as “Keighley’s number one fan”, finds himself visiting what appears to be his idol’s office to leave a portfolio at reception, the contents of which appear to be very important. Once the ticket inside has been extracted, you will come across a QR Code which refers to what is in all respects the official site of the new title of 505 Games e Epic Gamescurrently named “Visit Rockay City“.
Few information can currently be obtained from this sort of teaser. Visiting the site, available at this address, one finds oneself in front of a nocturnal skyline. On the right there is a countdown that will end right during The Game Awards. Looking to the left instead we find a sailboat in which the 505 Games logo appears. Finally, below the imagethere is a box where you can enter your email address to receive future updates on this mysterious title.
Given the landscape, many have begun to think that what they have seen is a first taste of the nuovo Sleeping Dogs. However, we will hardly see this announcement. As is well known, the rights to Sleeping Dogs are unfortunately held by Square Enix and not by 505 Games.
